Create a pre-formed nozzle insert with Belzona 1391T and Belzona 1511

Belzona 1391T is a two-component coating designed to protect equipment from erosion and #corrosion damage. Specifically, this system is suited to equipment operating under continuous immersion at temperatures up to 130C (266F)

Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) is a high temperature, a paste-grade system for rebuilding equipment damaged by erosion-corrosion. This material can also be used as a high-strength structural adhesive or for the creation of irregular load bearing shims.

With the combination of both and a machined process, it is possible to develop a nozzle insert piece to protect pipes from erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack, and extend the working life with minimal downtime.
